She takes a creative approach to therapy, helping individuals connect with new skills in a way that feels personal and meaningful. She enjoys thinking outside the box, adapting techniques to fit each client’s unique needs, and building strong, authentic relationships along the way.

Kristina knows how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and deeply admires those who take that first step toward prioritizing their well-being. Supporting others through life’s challenges brings her genuine fulfillment, and she always encourages her clients to embrace that initial step — it’s often the hardest part.

She values the process of sitting with her clients, brainstorming solutions, and navigating the uncomfortable moments together. Therapy isn’t always easy, but she’s committed to walking alongside her clients, helping them take meaningful steps toward the life they envision.
